If you return an item please ask for proof of postage from your post office. Delivery charge and return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. I found this shop in the yellow pages and gave them a ring he man was so nice and managed to order me one in it only took a week to be delivered to the shop then he rang me so i could collect.
When i went to the shop i found it hard to park as it is on a busy street in sunderland which is covered yellow lines so watch you dont get a ticket traffic wardens are red hot on there streets.
The shop itself is rather small but they sell a great range of sewing machines new and reconditioned and many extras all with great prices.
Overall fantastic service and would recommend to all.
